Hotel Invest is a closed-end venture capital fund managed by Fundbox a seasoned Portuguese fund manager, to invest exclusively in hospitality management companies.
The Fund’s inception was in March 2024 and maturity will be reached in March 2032. We expect to deliver an annual return close to 10%.
Hotel Invest intends to distribute a minimum of 3% annual dividends, after the 1st year of operation.
