What We Do
Hotel Invest is a closed-end venture capital fund managed by FundBox, a seasoned Portuguese fund manager, to invest exclusively in hotel management companies.
The Fund’s inception was in March 2024 and maturity will be reached in March 2032. We expect to deliver an annual return close to 10%.
Hotel Invest intends to distribute a minimum of 3% annual dividends, after the 1st year of operation.
The Fund will be managed with the objective of maximizing value throughout every stage of the investment journey. Following acquisitions, strategic initiatives will be meticulously implemented, tailored to the unique characteristics of the assets. This approach is designed to optimize asset value and achieve the targeted returns.

Exit Strategy
Estoril Living
- By the conclusion of year 7, the board of directors of Estoril Living, S.A. will evaluate the possibility of pursuing an initial public offering (IPO) on the Portuguese stock exchange.
- In the event that the decision is made not to proceed with the IPO, the founding shareholders will have the option to acquire full ownership of the company, contingent upon an independent valuation conducted by one of the four leading global auditing firms.
- Should neither of these two options materialize after year 7, the board will undertake a competitive sale process with a reputable investment bank.
